The fourth novel in the series.

This is the end...

Laurel lived happily as an ordinary girl - until she discovered that she was a faerie

Since then her heart has been divided between the magic realm of Avalon and the human world. Between the boys she loves the most; caring David and wild Tamani. But now a powerful enemy threatens Avalon and unless the faerie world can win out, there may be no choices left...

Laurel faces the fight of her life to save everything and everyone she loves in this spell-binding faerie tale of magic and mystery, romance and danger.

********************
After reading Wild I was really hooked in to how the story would unfold and end (cue sadness). Who didn't feel sympathy for Tamani when his life long friend passes (spoiler alert) Shar !!! And the deaths of so many Avalon faeries all due to evil Klea and Yuki (who never really wanted this to happen). This is the perfect ending to a perfect series. Laurel has to choose who she is going to be (live in Avalon or Crescent City) and who she is going to be with for the rest of her life as well as saving Avalon. Destined is packed with twists and turns and is a huge adventure which every reader should enter in to. Also who doesn't love David in this novel, he really shines in the book and steps up as the hero Laurel and Chelsea know he is. Then Tamani with his love for Laurel and the extent that he goes through to protect her. Their love in Destined reminded me of Romeo and Juliet and how they were both willing to sacrifice themselves for the other.

I think I'm starting to ramble on now but this series was amazing. It's a shame it has come to an end and we won't find out about Laurel and Tamani and what they decide to do with their lives outside of Avalon.

Enjoy x
