Intense. Dangerous. Addictive

Good Girl.
Abby Abernathy doesn't drink or swear and she works hard. Abby believes she has created enough distance between her and the darkness of her past, but when she arrives at college, her dreams of a new beginning are quickly challenged by the university's walking one-night stand.

Bad Boy.
Travis Maddox, handsome, built and covered in tattoos is exactly what Abby needs - and wants - to avoid. He spends his nights winning money in a floating fight club, and his days as the notorious college Lothario. A disaster waiting to happen...

Intrigued by Abby's resistance to his charms, Travis tricks her into his life with a simple bet. If he loses, he must remain celibate for a month. If Abby loses, she must live in Travis' apartment for the same amount of time.

Or the start of something beautiful?
Either way, Travis has no idea that he has met his match. Or that this is the start of an obsessive, intense relationship that will lead them both into unimaginable territory...

****************
I first heard about this book in October 2012, and since then I have read this book about four or five times. This book is amazing, I have never found myself getting bored of the narrative or of the characters. I love the relationship McGuire has created between Abby and Travis and who does not love the characters America, Shepley and Finch!?!

This book has many twists and turns making it an emotional roller coaster for the readers. Just when you think Abby and Travis will get together, something turns their world around and when finally they are together Abby's past creeps up on her. The idea that that Abby is falling in love with Travis, who has all the things she is running away from, is deeply luring and the readers wonder what she is running from and why she says she can not be with Travis when they clearly love each other.

This book is one of my all time favourites and I can not wait to start Walking Disaster (Beautiful Disaster but from Travis' perspective). The bests thing about this book is Abby's inner mind, her decisions as to how she is living her life and the confusion that comes with it. This is an amazing story that I reckon both males and females could easily read. Although an adult book it is about teens but other than that a beautiful disaster of a book that I ( and hopefully you) will read again and again.

I hear Beautiful Disaster may be adapted to the movie screen. If they go through with this I can not wait to go see it. Fingers crossed for the movie!!!!

I really suck at writing plot's and because this book is amazing I am going to leave a few websites down here.

Enjoy x
